CPC in secondary schools were established nationwide to promote crime prevention awareness among pupils and enhance their knowledge of law enforcement. |
Safe City Initiative
Safe City Initiative is the brainchild of one of MCPF Exco members, Datin Seri Dr. Halimaton Saadiah bte Hashim, who is also the Director of Town and Country Planning Selangor. The idea makes its first debut on June 2, 1998 during MCPF Exco Meeting and after much research and discussion, was launched on October 26, 1998. The first area chosen was Bangsar. |
